Breakfast: Egg Beaters omelet with half of a part-skim mozzarella cheese stick on a slice of whole wheat toast, raspberries

Snack: 2 celery stalks with peanut butter

Lunch: Sandwich (flax and fiber sandwich flat, turkey cold cuts, baby romaine, super hummus), 8 baby carrots, 1 small cucumber, 1 pear

Snack: 100-calorie pack of almonds, remaining half of part-skim mozzarella cheese stick

Dinner: Grilled chicken breast, asparagus

Dessert: Sugar-free Fudgesicle
